Brian is the Founder and Principal Advisor of BStrong Performance, an AspireVue Partner firm based in Parker, Colorado. With more than two decades of experience in leadership development, Brian brings a practitioner’s perspective that integrates classroom instruction, real-world management experience, and executive coaching. He works alongside business owners and senior leaders to solve problems with their performance, team, and organization. Since 2000, Brian has supported over 2,500 in-role leaders through consulting, training, and coaching engagements. In addition to his consulting work, he serves as an adjunct professor, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, management, and development—bridging theory and practice in ways that directly support AspireVue’s insight-to-action approach.
