How AspireVue Was Born

Our story began not in a tech lab, but in the real-world trenches of leadership and psychology. Dr. Larry Kuhn, a clinical psychologist and former CFO, spent years coaching executives, guiding organizations through conflict, and helping teams overcome blind spots. Again and again, he saw the same pattern: performance problems weren’t about skill or strategy—they were about people. Misaligned roles. Poor feedback loops. Leaders with good intentions but little insight.
We knew there had to be a better way.
